Emmauel Christopher Paul, known as Chris Paul, is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers of the NBA.
Chris Paul was born on May 6, 1985 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (United States). Play base in Los Angeles Clippers of the NBA with number 3.

Paul was at Wake Forest University from 2003 to 2005. His first big test came against the Indiana Hoosiers in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge. He passed the test after winning his team by 100-67. In 2005, it was included in the Best Quintet All-American, a finalist for the John R. Wooden Award and the University of the Year. He also got the record for steals (84) in a season of a freshman in ACC, exceeding 81 base Duke University (Jason Williams in 1999-00). Chris Paul came to the NBA when, in 2005, he started playing for the New Orleans Hornets. He came to a team devastated by Hurricane Katrina, so they had to move to Oklahoma during his first season.
