You all have to admit that you have watched the Real Housewives at some point in your life, whether voluntary or forced, and ever since the start of the show we have a variety of different Real Housewives: Orange County, Beverley Hills, New York City, New Jersey, Miami, and Atlanta. Well recently the Real Housewives of Atlanta have been gaining a lot of attention, Kenya Moore in particular.
Just last month Kenya went under fire for a transphobic comment she made to co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann. The incident occurred when one of the season’s episodes aired, Kim was antagonizing Kenya and making fun of her saying that then new man in her life doesn’t exist, and after a while Kenya snapped and slammed back with a transphobic jab at Kim. Check out the clip below.
Well viewers definitely did not enjoy and started going of the Real Housewife for the disregard of the LGBT, specifically the Trans, community.
Worse off, just 2 nights ago Kenya went on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, where he addressed the whole transphobic situation. When asked about it, she mentions that she was just trying to get back at Kim, but never intentionally meant to offend anyone else. Check out the clip.
Well, once again, viewers were not pleased with Kenya’s response. Though she apologized, she didn’t seem to mean it. Her face look so blank like she was saying empty words, and to be fair we agree. Plus there is the fact that Andy Cohen, who is openly gay, just let it slide. You would expect him to be a bit harsher on her for her thoughtless comments. Honestly we can’t even put into words what we think, so we will let Twitter do the talking for us.

Kenya's apology for that transphobic remark was a little lackluster.
